From the 1st - 25th December I have created a plan for you to keep fit, with exercises you can do at home.
1st December- 25 Squats
2nd December- 15 Burpees
3rd December- 4 x 1 Minute Planks
4th December- 30 Star Jumps
5th December- 35 Squats
6th December- 5 x 1 Minute of Fast Punches
7th December- 25 Sit-Up's
8th December- 6 x 45 Seconds Plank
9th December- 20 Push-Up's (On Knees Or Full)
10th December- REST DAY or 10 Burpees, You decide!
11th December- 4 x 1 Minute Run On The Spot - Alternative is to go out for a jog:)
12th December- 15 Squat Jumps
13th December- 3 Minutes of Crunches
14th December- 20 Exploading Jacks
15th December- 4 x 1 Minute Marching Arm Circles
16th December- 30 Each Side; Side Punches
17th December- 25 Lunges Each Leg
18th December- 8 x 30 Second V-Hold
19th December- 10 x 30 Second Mountain Climbers
20th December- 25 Donkey Kicks Each Leg
21st December- 30 Tricep Dips
22nd December- 10 x 1 Minute Plank
23rd December- 50 Star Jumps
24th December- 50 Squats! (This can be done whilst baking the Christmas cake don't worry;))
25th December- RUN.... to the table when your Christmas Dinner is ready and enjoy!
